We can offer both an online or in store consultation with prior bookings only. If you live outside of Germany but would still love to work for us, in our online consultation we work with photos and discuss your wishes from hair length to texture, volume and so on. We generally have more timeslots for online consultaions than we do in person. In person consultations cover the same topics however we have limited time slots so please book a few months in advance! And the best part is, these are free!

Normally, regular (not us) hair dressers select extensions from their collection that is the most similar to your hair color, therefore it is never really exact. By us, we match the extensions perfectly to your hair color and if we don't have one in stock, we order it custom for you!

It’s time to take care of your extensions, here are some crucial hair care tips: Colour and Toning: Hair tinting and coloring should be carried out before you get your hair extensions. Do not use toning shampoos for blond, toning masks. It is 100% crucial you do not use silver shampoo. Your bondings may slide down after use and this will damage your extensions. Brushing and Styling: Use a Tangle Teezer comb and do not comb wet hair, as you may damage it this way. For brushing, use a wide-toothed comb or a natural bristle brush. Avoid using ball-tipped brushes. Comb your hair from the ends, gradually moving towards the roots. When combing, it is better to collect the hair in a bun and hold it with your hand. This will reduce the pressure on the on the hair roots. Do not wear a ponytail too often, because it increases the pressure on the strands. At night, your hair should be gathered in a bun or braided into a loose braid. This prevents them from getting tangled. Styling should be done with extreme care, to create a complex styling, it is better to turn to professionals. The same applies to coloring, highlighting, and perming. You may use a hairdryer, tongs or curlers. But again, you need to ensure that they do not affect the location of the bondings. When drying your hair, you need to use a special thermal spray to protect the hair. Washing: Shampooing should only be carried out in an upright position. You should definitely not bend over the sink or bathtub. Your hair needs to be washed only in the direction of your hair growth. Use a silicone-free shampoo to prevent the bondings from slipping. Pay attention to the pH of the shampoo, it should be neutral. When buying or choosing a shampoo, you can contact me to find out if the shampoo is suitable for hair extensions. Before applying the shampoo to the scalp, it must be lathered. Masks and balms can be used, but only so that they do not fall into the zones of bonding and hair roots. Hair should be washed at least twice a week.

Do not fall asleep with wet hair, because it threatens the formation of tangles. Check your hair extensions daily for tangles and knots. If you find that the strands are tangled, try to untangle them yourself. If you cannot do it yourself, contact a specialist. Please note that the first hair extensions are worn/lasts a little less than usual, only up to 4 months. This is due to the fact that such a load is unusual for natural hair. pH level of the styling products must be neutral. The presence of additives and impurities is absolutely unacceptable. At least once a month, you need to undergo a procedure for caring for your hair extensions. Sauna and bathhouse should be visited only with a special hat to protect hair from exposure to high temperatures.
